The bar, located at Amara Hotel, is known for their fresh and inventive interpretations of classic cocktails. Raise a toast to the team with a glass of Make it Rice ($25), a cocktail made up of Haku vodka, red rice yeast, rice syrup and cream; or with a stronger glass of Little Red Dot ($25) – consisting of Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Giffard lychee, raspberry, grapefruit and rose water.

The bar also offers happy hour specials, where you’ll be able to enjoy $16 cocktails like a classic Old Fashioned or a refreshing Daiquiri. Not to mention, the bar’s warm hospitality and relaxed fun-time ethos have also earned it several nods of approval.

Native

Native is well-known amongst bar lovers in Singapore for its creative and boundary-pushing approach to drinks. This trailblazing bar has been voted amongst the top 20 bars in the world for three years – an impressive accomplishment considering it has only been around for four years.

Helmed by Vijay Mudaliar, Native’s cocktails are largely inspired by flavours from the local landscape as well as around the region. The bar’s concoctions are incredibly original, with drinks such as the Peranakan ($25++), a cocktail entailing ingredients like jackfruit rum, laksa leaves, goat’s milk, candlenut and gula melaka; or Pandan ($25++), a creation comprising of Indian single-malt whisky, pandan, jaggery and Himalayan salt.

Manhattan
