Located on the 25th floor of Andaz Singapore, Alley on 25 infuses a local twist on a classic high tea affair. The experience starts even before you tuck in, where you’ll be able to unpack a picnic basket that houses tiffin carriers and teapots with traditional Peranakan designs.

Dessert aficionados will be familiar with 2am:dessert bar. Helmed by renowned pastry chef Janice Wong, the dessert bar serves up artisanal desserts that will definitely redefine your dessert experience.
The high tea menu at 2am:dessert bar is ever-evolving. The latest edition, a festive collaboration with Two Men Bagel House (priced at $49.50 per person), embodies a campfire theme.
Enjoy the holiday spirit with varying festive treats like smoked cheesecake, diamond bon bons apple pie, and X’mas Hat – a raspberry, pistachio, lime Christmas cake. To replicate a cozy fireplace mood, you’ll even be able to toast your own lavender and mint marshmallows. We can’t think of a better way to end the year.

Fennel Café
Tucked away in the midst of the floral oasis on the second level of the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, sip your tea as you savour the panoramic view that consists of lush greenery and blooms set against the backdrop of the Marina Bay waterfront.
